These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Kingdom Pathfinders website at kingdompathfinders.shop (the “Site”) and any purchases made through it. Please read these Terms before using the Site or placing an order.

By accessing or using the Site, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order.

1. Who We Are

We may exercise these rights where reasonably necessary, including to address suspected fraud, unauthorized or resale purchases, pricing or listing errors, product unavailability, or legal or security concerns. If we cancel an order after payment, we will arrange a refund of the amount charged for the cancelled item or order.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site or its services without our prior written permission.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or Services. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses resulting from a Site feature or service being unavailable, modified, or discontinued.

4. Products, Listings, and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display products, descriptions, colors, and images accurately. The appearance of a product may vary due to screen settings, lighting, photography, printing, production variations, or other factors. Product images are illustrative and may not reproduce the exact color or appearance of the item you receive.

Product descriptions, materials, sizing, pricing, and availability are provided on the relevant product listing and may change. Some garments are made with pre-shrunk combed ring-spun cotton; materials may differ by product, color, or style, and a listing will describe the applicable product details. Our Radiant Hearts collection is a women-focused collection. A collection name or product message does not guarantee a particular fit, result, or experience.

We may limit the quantities of products offered or available for purchase. Products may be discontinued or unavailable at any time. We do not guarantee that a product will remain available after it is added to a cart or wishlist.

5. Prices, Orders, and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the Site and are subject to change without notice. The price charged for an order will generally be the price displayed when the order is submitted, except where a correction or cancellation is permitted under these Terms or applicable law. Taxes, shipping charges, and other applicable charges will be shown at checkout or otherwise disclosed before you complete your purchase.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. We may accept or reject an order, in whole or in part. A contract for the purchase of a product is formed when we accept the order, which may be indicated by a separate order-acceptance or shipment notice.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, payment, and account information, and to promptly update it when it changes. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge your selected payment method for the amounts shown at checkout. If payment cannot be verified or processed, we may delay, reject, or cancel the order.

We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, descriptions, promotions, or availability and to cancel affected orders, including after an order has been submitted. If we cancel an order for which payment was collected, we will arrange a refund for the amount paid for the cancelled order or items.

6. Promotions and the 15% First-Order Offer

From time to time, we may offer a 15% discount on a first order through a website pop-up that invites visitors to sign up for marketing emails. The offer is subject to the eligibility requirements, exclusions, expiration date, redemption instructions, and other terms presented with that specific offer. Unless the offer terms say otherwise, the discount applies only to eligible purchases and may not be combined with other promotions. We may change or end an offer as permitted by law, but any change will not affect a qualifying offer already redeemed in accordance with its stated terms.

Signing up for the offer may result in marketing emails from us, as explained when you sign up. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe instructions in an email. Unsubscribing does not affect non-marketing messages about an order or account.

We may correct errors, update information, or cancel or refuse an order affected by an error, including after an order is submitted, to the extent permitted by law. If we cancel an order after payment, we will arrange a refund for the amount charged for the cancelled order or items.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO A PRODUCT OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. They do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited. They do not limit any non-waivable consumer rights or remedies.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kingdom Pathfinders and its owners, employees, affiliates, agents, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit that infringes another person’s rights.
