Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made through kingdompathfinders.shop. In this Policy, “Kingdom Pathfinders,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the store and brand operating this website.

1. Returns Within 30 Days

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

For a return under this voluntary policy, apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and have its original tags attached. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, where reasonably possible. Tumblers and other drinkware must be unused and returned in their original condition.

To request a return, email info@kingdompathfinders.com with your order number and the item or items you would like to return. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

2. Items We Cannot Accept for Voluntary Return

Unless applicable law gives you a right to return the item or you are seeking a remedy for a defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied item, the following are not eligible for return under this voluntary policy:

• Items marked final sale or clearance
• Gift cards

These exclusions do not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.

3. Return Shipping Costs

For a return or exchange because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

If we sent the wrong item or the item is defective or damaged, we will cover the reasonable return shipping cost or provide another suitable return arrangement. We will not charge you for shipping a replacement item in these cases.

For customers in the European Union or United Kingdom exercising a statutory withdrawal right, return costs are your responsibility only where the law permits and we disclosed that responsibility before purchase.

4. Exchanges

If you need a different apparel size, contact us within the 30-day return period at info@kingdompathfinders.com and include your order number and the size you need. Size exchanges are subject to availability. The original item must meet the return condition requirements in Section 1. You are responsible for return shipping for a size exchange.

If apparel is defective, or we sent the wrong item, contact us as described in Section 5. We will work with you on an exchange or another appropriate resolution. If an exchange is unavailable, we will discuss an appropriate alternative.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email info@kingdompathfinders.com within 7 days after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and its packaging where possible.

We will review the information and let you know the next steps. This 7-day request helps us investigate and resolve the issue promptly; it does not limit any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.

6. Refunds

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are not refundable for voluntary returns, except where required by law. If you exercise a statutory withdrawal right for an entire order, we will refund the standard delivery charge where required by law; any additional charge for an upgraded delivery option may not be refundable.

For statutory withdrawal requests, we may withhold a refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first, where permitted by law. We will meet any applicable statutory refund deadlines.

7. Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation only before your order ships. Email info@kingdompathfinders.com as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has shipped. If it has shipped, you may request a return under this Policy or exercise any applicable statutory rights.

8. European Union and United Kingdom: 14-Day Withdrawal Right

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after the day you, or a person you designate, receives the goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, notify us clearly within the 14-day period by emailing info@kingdompathfinders.com and providing your order number and a statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You must then send the goods back within the period required by applicable law. We will provide return instructions.

You may handle and inspect the goods as you would in a shop. You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics, and functioning, as permitted by law. We will not apply the voluntary return condition requirements in Section 1 in a way that removes or restricts your statutory withdrawal rights.

Where applicable, we will refund payments received, including the standard delivery cost for the returned order, subject to any lawful deduction for diminished value. The cost of any more expensive delivery option may be excluded to the extent permitted by law. Return shipping costs are your responsibility only where permitted by law and where we informed you of this before purchase.

This section does not affect statutory rights or remedies relating to goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described. Some statutory exceptions to the withdrawal right may apply under local law.

9. Applicable Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts, or replaces any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted. Where this Policy provides less protection than applicable law, the applicable law will apply.
